Spraying shotcrete or portland cement on radius wall, Please note
the scaffold, it is very important to have the scaffold set to the
proper height. We use walk thru frames, the productions is much
greater, the scaffold is fastened to the foam panel wall system
with wire.

Note: The temporary wood jams installed into window and door openings,
these will hold openings true until windows and doors can be set. |

Finishing portland cement
walls on the backside of LG’S, the Hadrian TriDi System employee
is shaving off excess portland cement. Note: The long straight rod
being used, they are still spraying on the other side, you can see
the two hose pullers feeding hose to the nozzle man.

Plastic pipe, This plastic
pipe was used as a screed to achieve the desired radius, the shotcrete
or cement mortar mix is brought out to the outside edge of the pipe.
The yellow string line is fastened to the top of the foam wall system
and set plum. Portland cement or shotcrete mix was finished to the
out side edge of the plastic pipe, thus achieving a true radius. |
